We are excited to announce the newly launched Swirl chapter in New Orleans! Leading the charge for SwirlNOLA is Amanda Hiern. Amanda has lived in New Orleans for over 10 years and is excited to create open and honest dialogue about race in the city she loves. When she’s not working on Swirl, she shares her talents as a singer across New Orleans, performing with such luminaries as Dr. John, Charmaine Neville and Jeff Naideau. Amanda looks to combine her civically aware upbringing with her love of New Orleans to make Swirl a positive presence in the community.
